Czech Immunological Society, z. s. (CIS) is a voluntary organization of scientific researchers from academia and other workers from all branches of immunology.

CIS cooperates with foreign societies with the same focus, in particular Slovak Immunological Society and Czech Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology, Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyne. It represents Czech immunologists in international societies dealing with immunological topics, especially in the International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS) and the European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS).
