Became a CIS member!

Everybody who is interested in any field of immunology and who will respect the current CIS statutes can apply for membership. CIS is an organization committed to support immunological research and education, as well as to strengthen scientific interaction among its members in the Czech Republic and abroad. Our aim is to become platform connecting experts, students and public interested in immunology.

 

We offer:

    • Networking with Czech and foreign immunologists
      • CIS is the member of umbrella organization European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS)
      • CIS is the member of umbrella organization International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS)
      • CIS is supporting initiative yEFIS supporting young immunologists in Europe
      • CIS is actively shaping local and global policies in immunology
    • Awards, grants and other support
      • CIS awards its young members with the Jaroslav Šterzl Prize for excellent publications
      • CIS awards its members Milan Pospíšil, Mario Campa & Franco Mosca, for excellent publication in innate immunology, cancer immunology and immunology in surgery.
      • CIS members may apply to EFIS/IUIS for awards, grants and support etc.
      • CIS membersare may be eligable for reduced conference fees if the conference is organized by CIS, EFIS or IUIS
    • Participation in many immunological activities
      • Conferences, Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Summer schools, ...
      • Newsletter "Imunologický zpravodaj" (in Czech)

Sent the regular member's fee of 300 CZK* or reduced fee of 150 CZK* to society bank account (see details below). Students (including PhD students), seniors (older than 70 years), members on maternity/parental leave are all eligible for reduced fee. Once the application is processed, you will be contacted by our staff. *These are minimal fees, members may increase them voluntarily.
